County Under 13 A1 Hurling Final – Thursday, 9th August 2018
Kilnadeema/Leitrim 2-8 Kinvara 3-3
Kilnadeema/Leitrim held off a spirited Kinvara fightback in St. Brendan’s Park, Loughrea to be crowned county champions in an exciting contest.
The eventual winners took a commanding 1-7 to 0-1 interval lead but despite getting a late second half goal, they saw their opponents eventually bring the tie back to just two points.
Darragh McLoughlin captained Kilnadeema/Leitrim to glory and Jack O’Malley received the man of the match award.
