Health officials have reported 529 new cases of COVID-19 this evening as the number of people in ICU with the virus continues to decrease.
There is now a total of 86 people with COVID-19 in hospitals in the State – an increase of two on yesterday – and 28 of those are receiving care in ICUs.
The Department of Health has said that the daily case numbers could be changed as data is validated.
No county breakdowns were given today as a result of the cyberattack on the HSE.
