Burst mains causing water outages in Ahascragh

Homes and businesses in the Ahascragh area are experiencing water outages amd traffic disruptions today due to a burst water main.

Irish water reported the burst main affected Ahascragh village and the surrounding areas shortly before 9:30am this morning.

Repairs are expected to be completed by 4pm on Monday afternoon.

Traffic management measures will be in place while repair work is taking place today.

People affected by these outages are advised that it may take 2 – 3 hours after repairs have been completed before their full water supply is restored.
