Diversions are in place outside Glenamaddy today due to roadworks taking place.
Galway County Council is carrying out roadworks on the R362 road at Stoolpark, just to the west of Glenamaddy.
The works got underway at 8am on Monday morning, and are scheduled to last for one day.
In order to facilitate these works, the R362 is being detoured around the are where work is underway until 6pm this evening.
As a consequence, users of this road should allow additional time for their journeys.
