Ben & Jerry’s are giving away free ice cream scoops in Galway this month for their annual free cone day.
Next Tuesday, April 9 lovers of ice cream (otherwise known as humans) can grab free Ben & Jerry’s at from their two scoop shops here in Galway.
Head to the IMC Cinema on the Headford between 2pm and 6pm, or the Eye Cinema in Wellpark from 5pm to 7pm to get your free cone.
Free Cone Day began in 1979 at the very first Ben & Jerry’s store at a renovated gas station in Burlington, Vermont to thank the customers who’d supported them in their first year of business.
It spread throughout the US, skipped the border to Canada, before going worldwide in 2000.
Take the time before Tuesday to mull over the difficult choice ahead of you, do you go with the classics you know you love or use this as am opportunity to chance something new.
