Galway Daily life & style the kids make a mess at the colour factory with baboro

The up and coming generation of artists and mad geniuses in Galway are decorating the walls with Baboró International Arts Festival for Children’s Colour Factory

The Colour Factory is an interactive art experience where the kids are the artists, curators, and gods of chaos they so love being.

Using every material imaginable from paint and paper, to fabric and ribbon, Galway’s up and coming generations of artists are making this space into a three dimensional rainbow.

On top of being great fun, something for kids and families to do together, letting them run wild with Baboró might just go some way towards keeping the house clean.

Anyone stopping by the Colour Factory, even if they’re not getting their own hands dirty, is advised to dress for a mess.

There are still multiple sessions available for the Colour Factory on Sunday, October 21.

The first two are on at 10 and 11am for kids aged 18 months to four years old, and the next four are in the afternoon at one, two, three, and four o’clock. Those are for kids aged 5 – 12 years.

The Colour Factory is on at the Wonder Works on Market Street. Tickets are €5 and can be bought online or at the door.
