Free Yoga class
This Sunday is the Big Litter Pick run by the Friends of Merlin Woods.
And it’s come at a great time – since someone found a bathtub dumped illegally in Merlin Woods just last weekend.
But bathtubs or no, every person who helps pick up litter on the day will get one free yoga session with Yoga Stretch Galway.
Anyone interested should meet up at Doughiska Community Garden this Sunday at 12:00 pm to help pick up litter.
Gloves and bags will be provided.
All you have to do is register with yoga instructor Agnieszka during the event – you can attend the yoga session whenever suits.
This will be a great way for people to get together and do something worthwhile for the environment and their community.
Picking up litter helps protect wildlife and pets as well as the soil and ecosystem.
Plus, you get to spend a day walking in the woods!
