Two streets in Loughrea town will close each day over the next week for roadworks.
Motorists travelling in Loughrea should expect traffic disruptions as Church street and King street will be closed for roadworks.
Both roads will close each day from 8am to 6pm to allow for road resurfacing works to take place.
Road resurfacing works in Loughrea will begin on the morning of Monday, February 11 and last until Friday, February 15.
The contract to carry out these roadworks was awarded to Lagan Asphalt Ltd.
Galway County Council have said that signed diversions will be in place for the duration of the works.
On street parking privileges on Church and King streets will be temporarily suspended while they are being resurfaced.
