Roadworks on the Glenamaddy to Ballymoe road in North Galway will disrupt traffic for two days while underway next week.

Galway County Council will be carrying out resurfacing overlay roadworks on the R364 at Kilsallagh next Tuesday and Wednesday.

The work is being carried out by Harrington Quarries on behalf of the county council.

A Stop and Go system will be in place to manage traffic while work is underway between 8am and 6pm each day.

“As a consequence, users of this road are requested to expect delays and as such should allow additional time for their journeys,” a council spokesperson said.

“Harrington Concrete & Quarries and Galway County Council would like to apologies in advance for any inconvenience that may arise as a result of the proposed works.”
