The new signalised Kirwan Junction of the N6 Bóthar na dTreabh and N84 Headford Road will come into operation starting from tomorrow.
The city council has been carrying out works this month to remove and replace the roundabout with the new junction.
This has involved multiple temporary road closures and traffic management measures throughout the month in order to allow works to take place.
There are multiple lanes in the new signalised junction, and motorists are advised to use caution on the unfamiliar layout.
