Traffic in Gort town centre will be disrupted for two evening this week due to roadworks taking place in town.
Galway County Council is carrying out resurfacing overlay works on the Main Street in the area of the Town Square.
The roadworks are due to get underway on the evening of Thursday, February 24, and last for a duration of two nights.
In order to facilitate these works temporary traffic management systems will be in place between the hours of 7:00pm & 5:30am each night
These works were meant to take place last week, but there was just a spot of iffy weather to deal with.
