This year’s National Breast Cancer Research Institute’s Valentine’s Ball will take place on Saturday 16 February in the Galmont Hotel.

One of the highlights of the Galway social scene, the fundraiser will start in with the Ignite Gospel Choir who will entertain guests as they arrive to a bubbles and canapés reception at 7.00pm.

This will be followed by a five-course gala dinner with MC on the night, Ollie Turner from Galway Bay FM, keeping the evening’s events moving along while guests then dance the night away to The Jive Buddies.

The annual Valentine’s Ball is one of the major fundraising events nationally for the National Breast Cancer Research Institute, based at the Lambe Institute for Translation Research, NUI Galway. 

All proceeds from the night will go towards funding the research team lead by Prof. Michael Kerin at the Institute.
