Searches will continue of the shoreline around the city on Wednesday for the missing Robert Murray.
The 25 year old who lives in Salthill was last seen on Tuesday, January 8 near Shop Street at 10:15pm.
Robert is described as being 5′ 10” with a thin build and black hair.
He was last seen wearing black trousers and a khaki green coloured jacket.
The has been a massive online response to try and find Robert, with volunteers organising searches in the city and postering the area.
Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit will be carrying out a large search starting from Galway Bay Sailing Club at Renville, Oranmore.
The search will start at 1:30pm on Wednesday, and anyone taking part is advised to make sure you wrap up as wind and some hail has been forecast.
