Plans submitted for 13 houses in Loughrea town

Plans have been submitted for a residential development in Loughrea town of 13 houses.

Pinza Property Comapany ltd is seeking planning permission to build 13 two storey houses at St. Laurence’s Field, Loughrea.

The development would consist of 1 detached house, 6 semi-detached houses, and 6 townhouses.

Other work involved in the project would include the installation of roads, street lighting, landscaping open spaces and a children’s play area, and other ancillary site works.

Access to the new estate would be off the old N-66, now the R380 road.

Irish water has said that it would be able to connect this development to the existing water and wastewater services “subject to the delivery of Irish Water capacity upgrade works on the existing wastewater network”

Galway County Council is due to make a decision on approval or rejection of this planning application by July 3.
