People living in the Woodquay area of Galway City may experience overnight water outages this week due to repair works on the local network.
Irish Water and the city Council are carrying out mains repair works at St Bridget’s Place, which are expected to take four days.
The works are scheduled to occur nightly, from 10:30pm until 3am the following morning, from Tuesday, June 29 to Friday, June 2.
These works may cause water outages or other supply disruptions to homes on St Bridget’s Place and surrounding areas of the city
People affected by this are advised that it may take 2 – 3 hours after works end each morning before their full supply returns.
