N63 reopens after being blocked by overturned truck

The N63 has reopened this afternoon after a traffic collision involving a truck closed the road between Abbeyknockmoy and Horseleap Cross.

The N63 was closed to traffic after a truck overturned into a ditch earlier this afternoon.

Gardaí attended the scene of the incident, but it’s understood that no one was injured.

The road was expected to remain closed until 6pm while the incident was being dealt with.

However it has reopened earlier than expected, though traffic is still down to one lane with temporary lights operating.
