One man was taken to hospital due to his injuries following a crash in Loughrea on Saturday evening.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a collision on the Dublin Road, Loughrea yesterday.
The crash, involving two vehicles, took place at approximately 5:40pm on Saturday.
One man in his late 50s was taken to University Hospital Galway for treatment of his injuries.
The road involved in this collision is currently open for use.
