Loughrea gardai up patrols after multiple burglaries

Gardai in Loughrea are increasing their number of patrols in the area after a number of burglaries in the area.

In response to recent burglaries in the New Inn and Kiltullagh areas gardai will be running additional Crime Patrols.

Members of the public are being urged to remain alert and report any suspicious activity.

“If you notice anything suspicious please ring your local Gardai,” a garda spokesperson said.

“We’d prefer to get a false alarm than no call at all.”
