Gardaí are reportedly attending the scene of a vehicle on fire on the M6 eastbound.
A burning vehicle has been reported on the eastbound motorway between J15 for Ballinasoe West and J16 for Loughrea, just before the toll plaza.
The burning vehicle is not directly blocking traffic as it is over on the hard shoulder.
However AA Roadwatch is advising that caution is needed on approach as smoke may affect visibility.
