Galway City Council will be operating a Christmas Tree recycling service starting from this weekend at two locations.
The service will be available at two locations, the Hunters Depot, Lough Rusheen on the Barna Road and at Merlin Woods Depot in Doughiska.
The first date for disposing of your Christmas Tree will be this Saturday, January 2 from 9am to 3pm.
After that it will be open the following week from Monday, January 4 to Saturday, January 9 at the same times.
