Gardaí appeal for information on stolen litter of puppies

Gardaí in Craughwell are appealing for information following the theft of four fox hound puppies in Craughwell on Sunday night or Monday morning.

The theft occurred between 7pm on Sunday June 21, and 9am on Monday June 22, 2020.

The litter of puppies are just four weeks old and are described as black, white and tan in colour.  There were three male dogs and one female pup in the litter.

The pups were taken from their mother before they could be weaned properly, and this is of concern.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have been offered pups matching this description or who may have information in relation to the theft to make contact with them at Craughwell Garda Station on 091-876320 or Loughrea Garda Station at 091-842870.
