Update 17.40: Collision has been cleared.
There has been a collision on the Seamus Quirke Rd outbound before the Westside Playing Fields.
The AA are advising motorists to expect delays back to the Quincentenary Bridge.
The University Road is also slow both ways approaching the Quincentenary Bridge.
It is not yet known if anyone sustained any injuries.
Elsewhere, traffic is busy on the Dublin Rd outbound from Moneenageisha to GMIT.
