Prize worth over €1,000 up for grabs in Ladies Day competition at the Connacht Hotel

Ladies Day 2020 will be like no other, but regardless of the current restrictions it’s still going to be a day of style and high fashion at the Connacht Hotel.

Ladies Day at the 2020 Galway Races is taking place this Thursday, but just because Ballybrit Racecourse is closed to the dazzling crowds this year, that’s not reason not to strut your stuff.

The Connacht Hotel have made their annual Best Dressed Lady competition virtual this year and it promises to be a highly stylish affair as always despite the changed circumstances.

The newly renovated venue is offering a fantastic brunch offering for the day that’s in it, where anyone who dines in the hotel on the day can enter the best dressed competition.

The hotel will have a photographer on hand to snap all of the entrants so your ensemble will be well presented for memory.

This year’s Ladies Day competition has a prize worth more than €1,000 up for grabs for one lucky winner.

Jennifer Wrynne, one of Ireland’s most popular milliners and style icon will be joined by one of the the West’s top Make-up Artists and Fashion Bloggers Hayley Coleman.

This Castlebar native is a regular visitor to Ballybrit with her outfit posts getting tens of thousands of hits regularly on Instagram.

The third judge is local influencer and Galway Races stalwart Kieran O’Malley aka The Galway Player, the author and lifestyle blogger will be in great company as the team pick the best dressed.

Due to restrictions guests are only permitted a one hundred and five minute stay in Bar Solo for their meal so the winner will be announced on The Connacht Hotel Facebook page just after 8:30pm on Thursday evening.

For more information about the booking brunch, the Ladies Day competition, or the prize available for the most stylish and iconic ensemble, contact the Connacht Hotel at 091 381 251 or email events@theconnacht.ie
