Mothercare Ireland offered shoppers in Galway a taste of what’s on offer at their summer sale at the opening of the 6,000sq ft flagship store in Wellpark last week.

Mothercare said the day brought in record breaking sales with hundreds of people queuing around the corner at Wellpark Retail Park to get a deal, and the day finishing up with nearly 3,000 items solf to 550 customers.

That’s now available to everyone at the summer sale which began this week with up to 50% off hundreds of items across maternity, baby and kids clothing, as well as nursery, toys, home, travel and accessories, while stocks last through June.

The nursery retailer is offering half price offers on feeding essentials such as the Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep Day & White available in white and black for only €99.99 and the Closer to Nature complete feeding kit set for just €99.99, saving the customer a whopping €100.

Other offers include half-price bundle packages on popular travel items such as the Silver Cross Special Edition 3 in 1 Travel System in Orkney with a free carseat at €1,074.99, while The Silver Cross Pursuit Pushchair and Simplicity Car Seat Bundle in Quarry is now half price at €399.99.

Nursery offers include 10% off all mattresses and expectant parents can now purchase nursery essentials like the Cotbed Camberley for only €174.99.  Save €10 on bath time bundle deals including Teddy’s Toy Box and Hello Friend for endless bath time giggles.

For peace of mind when baby is sound asleep, save up to €50 on baby monitors including the Angelcare Movement & Sound Monitor, and BT Video Baby Monitor 5000 reduced to €139.99 and €109.99 respectively.
