Galway forecast: Miserable weekend ahead as Met Éireann issues weather warning

Galway looks set to experience yet another misearble weekend of weather, with Met Éireann issuing a weather warning for the county ahead of heavy wind tomorrow afternoon.

The status yellow warning for wind comes into effect at 3.00pm tomorrow afternoon and will be lifted at 6.00pm.

Met Éireann says there will be strong and gusty southwest winds, with gusts of over 90km/h in Galway, Mayo and Leitrim.
