Unique Memory Tree sculpture to be launched at Galway Hospice

A beautiful new Memory Tree sculpture will be launched at Galway Hospice to remember loved ones and celebrate Hospice supporters.

The Memory Tree at the heart of Galway Hospice in Renmore will have 320 bronze, silver and gold leaves.

Each leaf can be engraved with the name of a loved one, a family name or company name.

Charlene Hurley, Director of Fundraising and Communications at Galway Hospice, said that the tree is for anyone who has lost a loved one, whether they were cared for by Galway Hospice or not.

“Each leaf is a wonderful way to remember a loved one while supporting local hospice care.

“Galway Hospice must raise over €2.3million each year to provide our vital services.

“Each leaf on our new Memory Tree will raise valuable funds for the Hospice, helping us to continue to provide care to our patients and their families, free-of-charge, now and into the future.”

To dedicate a leaf for one year, you can choose from a Bronze Leaf (€100 or €8.50 monthly), a Silver Leaf (€150 or €12.50 monthly) or a Gold Leaf (€250 or €21 monthly).
