Three week Craughwell roadworks begin tomorrow

Three weeks of roadworks at Craughwell Village will get underway on Monday, November 23 and last into next month.

Galway County Council is carrying out resurfacing overlay works on the R446 through Craughwell village .

The roadworks will last for a total of three weeks, or 15 working days, and expected to finish by December 14.

In order to facilitate these works a Stop/Go temporary traffic management system will be in operation in Craughwell village between the hours of 7.30 am & 7pm each day

As a consequence users of this road are requested to expect delays and as such should allow additional time for their journeys.

The contract for these roadworks has gone to Lagan Asphalt Ltd.
