Motorists in Galway City should be advised that technical issues have been reported with Pay & Display machines in the city today.
Galway City Council has said that their machines are having difficulties accepting credit card payments today.
No issues have been reported by the council regarding paying in cash for parking.
“We are currently experiencing experiencing technical difficulties with accepting credit card payments on our Pay & Display machines in Galway City.”
“We will provide an update when this problem has been resolved,” the City Council said on Facebook.
