Galway Daily weather Sunny spells bookened by showers this weekend

After a breezy day today with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, we will see some settled weather coming our way over the next few days and into the weekend.

High pressure is here to stay for the rest of this week, bringing brighter weather and prolonged sunny spells at times.

Tomorrow will be a tale of two halves though, with a windy, cloudy and perhaps rainy start to the day making way for drier and brighter weather in the afternoon, with sunny spells developing.

Top temperatures tomorrow will be 16 to 19 degrees.

Thursday is expected to be a bright day with just a chance of showers in late afternoon. Overall though, it’ll remain bright with sunny spells. Highest temperatures will be around 16 degrees.

And as for Friday and the weekend, it looks like we can expect more of the same – brighter days, with plenty of  sunshine!

However, the weekend will be cooler, and it will be cold at night, with some grass frost under any clear spells.
