People in Galway are being encouraged to enter an epic Petmania draw to be in with a chance of winning a €1,500 gift card for the store.

The draw is being held as part of the company’s 15-year anniversary celebrations and is free to enter. The winner will be announced in early September.

Petmania in Galway is also inviting people across the county to the store on Saturday, 9 July, with lots of family fun promised including a visit from Galway Cat Rescue and a puppy care class.

Visitors to the Petmania party on Saturday will have the chance to talk to cat experts about adopting a cat and caring for cats, both young and old.

Puppy parents can take part in the puppy care classes that will take place free of charge inside the shop. (Register here)

Its popularity propelled a rapid expansion of Petmania pet stores across the country and the pet retailer opened its 15th store in Roscommon this year. Petmania in Galway opened its doors in 2010.

“Petmania is delighted to have reached this milestone. All the team here at Petmania are looking forward to celebrating with all our loyal customers and can’t wait to see you in store,” said Shane McMahon of Petmania Galway.

“Be sure to enter the competition to be in with a chance of winning the amazing prize, this is our way of saying thank you for all your support over the last 15 years.”
