Carraroe to experience water outages until Thursday evening

Residents of Carraroe may be experiencing water outages until Thursday evening due to a burst water main near the Connemara village.

Irish Water has said that Carraroe village and the surrounding areas may experience outages throughout today and tomorrow due to repairs to a burst main.

The issue is currently not expected to be resolved until 6pm on Thursday, July 30.

People affected by these outages are advised that it may take 2 – 3 hours after repairs have been completed tomorrow before their full water supply is restored.
