Carraroe to experience water outages until Thursday evening

Residents of Carraroe may be experiencing water outages until Thursday evening due to a burst water main near the Connemara village.

Irish Water has said that Carraroe village and the surrounding areas may experience outages throughout today and tomorrow due to repairs to a burst main.

The issue is currently not expected to be resolved until 6pm on Thursday, July 30.

People affected by these outages are advised that it may take 2 – 3 hours after repairs have been completed tomorrow before their full water supply is restored.

Updates can be found on Irish Water’s Supply and Service page, as well as their customer service twitter account @IWCare.
