While the Rep of Ireland may not be taking part in this Summer’s European Championship soccer fans will still be in store for an amazing festival of football.

This summer’s tournament is being held in Germany for the first time since 1988 a tournament which will live long in the memory of Irish soccer fans.

The 17th edition of the European Championship will see 24 teams battle it out across 51 matches to determine the winner of the Henri Delaunay Trophy in Berlin’s Olympiastadion on July 14.

An Púcán is as always the place to be to enjoy the best the continent has to offer, where you can watch the biggest games on the biggest screen in Galway.

The tournament kicks off on Friday, June 14 with Germany hosting our Celtic neighbours Scotland. Enjoy an evening in the Garden to enjoy legendary moments like Houghton’s header, Trezeguet’s Golden Goal, the original Panenka in 76, or Van Basten’s stunning volley.

The Euros is a tournament famous for throwing up surprises like Denmark in ’92 and Greece in 2004 but you know exactly what you are getting when you come to An Pucan for a big game, great food drinks and atmosphere, so take out the fixture list and plan your own Euro 2024 schedule

“We are thrilled to host soccer fans from all over and provide them with the best possible experience during the European Championship,” said Matthew Fraser, General Manager of An Púcán Bar.

“Our team has worked tirelessly to ensure that An Púcán Bar is the place to be this summer, and we can’t wait to share the excitement with everyone.”

Whether you’re a die-hard soccer fan or just looking for a fun place to enjoy the tournament, An Púcán Bar promises an unforgettable experience filled with thrilling matches, great food, and a fantastic atmosphere.
