Galway looks set to get its share of sunshine and warmer temperatures over this weekend and into next week, after some miserable weather recently.
The welcome weather will arrive tomorrow, Thursday – which Met Éireann says will be mainly dry with some bright or sunny spells.
A few isolated showers are possible in the afternoon and highest temperatures will be around 17 to 21 degrees.
Friday will bring more sunshine in the afternoon and evening, after a rainy morning.
Saturday looks like it will be another sunny day in Galway, with temperatures of around 18 degrees in the afternoon.
Sunday will be warmer with temperatures in the early 20s, and will be another bright day in most parts.
The first few days of next week are expected to be settled and warm, with plenty of sunshine.
