There are thirty-nine people waiting on trolleys at the Galway hospital.

At UHL, there are forty-nine patients on trolleys.

At Portiuncula University Hospital there are two people on trolleys.

Nationally the figure is 358, which is a decrease on earlier this year, however there are still problems in many hospitals across the state, including University Hospital Galway.
