People will gather in Tuam this afternoon (Saturday) to show solidarity to the people of Ukraine and to protest Putin’s invasion of the country.
The candlelit vigil will take place at 5pm at the Square in Tuam.
A book of condolences will be available at the vigil.
A small anti-war demonstration in solidarity with Ukraine also took place at Eyre square yesterday afternoon.
