A vigil will take place in Eyre Square this evening in memory of the two men killed in Sligo this week.
Michael Snee (58) and Aidan Moffitt (42) were both found dead in their homes in Sligo Town this week.
Vigils for the two men have taken place across the country, as people have been shocked by the deaths.
The Galway vigil is being organised by a number of organisations, including Galway Community Pride.
It will take place in Eyre Square at 7pm on Saturday evening.
