The search for a man missing in Galway City has been stood down following the discovery of a body.
Gardai made an appeal to the public for help locating David Barrett (35), who had been missing since Friday evening.
However, that search has been stood down following the discovery of a man’s body in Galway City last night.
Gardai thanked the public for their assistance in this matter.
