Work is underway to restore the water supply to Athenry following a burst water main reported earlier today.
Páirc Na Rí, Cúil Dáibhí, Cáislean Rí, Árd Esker, Garraí Glas and surrounding areas in Athenry may experience water outages while repairs are taking place.
Irish Water reported the burst mains shortly before midday on Sunday.
Repair works are currently scheduled to continue until 11pm on Sunday night.
It may take some time after that before people see their full water supply restored.
