Brendan Murray’s X Factor journey has come to an end after being knocked out in the semi finals last night.
The Tuam star assured fans that he’ll ‘be back’ after the 22-year-old’s surprise elimination from the competition alongside Danny Tetley.
Brendan Murray took to social media following last night’s show, thanking the X Factor and Louis Tomlinson, and said that the memories he has made will last for the rest of his life.
Brendan was the second favourite to win the X Factor at the start of the competition and captured the hearts of viewers in Ireland and Britain in the auditions and throughout the live shows.
The Galway singer was also eliminated in the semi finals of the Eurovision last year.
The X Factor finale will take place next week.
