Two people have been hospitalised following a crash on the N17 near Claregalway this morning.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a two vehicle collision at Loughgeorge, Claregalway, which occurred shortly after 10am.
A Garda statement to Galway Daily said that two people taken to University Hospital Galway after being injured in the crash.
“Gardaí and Emergency Services are currently at the scene of a two vehicle road traffic incident on the N17 at Claregalway that occurred this morning, the 16th June 2022.”
“The road is closed and two people have suffered injuries and have been taken to Galway University Hospital for treatment.”
