Six days of roadworks will disrupt traffic between Craughwell and Loughrea starting from next week.

Galway County Council is carrying out resurfacing overlay works on the R446 Seefin to Srah, between Loughrea & Craughwell.

The roadworks will get underway on Tuesday, October 27, and are expected to take a total of six days to complete.

In order to facilitate these works, a Stop & Go system will be in place to manage traffic at the affected stretch of road between 7:45am an 6pm each day.

As a consequence users of this road are requested to expect delays and as such should allow additional time for their journeys.
