A street in Portumna town will be closed during the day for three days of roadworks next week.
Galway County Council are carrying out resurfacing inlay works on Abbey Street, Portumna.
The works are scheduled to take place from Monday, October 12 through to Wednesday, October 14 inclusive.
In order to facilitate these roadworks, the section of the street in question will be closed from 7:30am to 7pm each day.
As a consequence users of this road are requested to expect delays and as such should allow additional time for their journeys.’’
