Roadworks on the N59 between Moycullen and Rosscahill which are expected to last for four weeks began today.
Galway County Council is carrying out works on the N59 in the townland of Coolagh.
A Stop & Go system will be in place to manage traffic at the location of the works while they are taking place.
The works will be found two kilometres from Rosscahill, headed towards Moycullen.
In total, the roadworks are expected to take four weeks to complete.
