A fundraiser raffle for My Lovely Horse Rescue will give away a townhouse in Dublin this month worth over €400,000, with tickets costing only €23.
The three-bedroom house is located in Dublin’s Royal Canal Park and has three floors, with the ground floor consisting of a kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom.
The first floor has one double and one single bedroom as well as a bathroom, while the second floor consists of a large double bedroom with an en suite and a separate storage room.
The grounds are impeccable, maintained to an exceptionally high standard and the home comes with free parking.
There is also free on-site gym membership with the gym a one-minute walk away, and there is a Centra, an Aldi and a restaurant in the complex.
The house will be awarded to one lucky winner if over 32,000 tickets are sold – but if this threshold is not met, the winner will receive a cash prize amounting to 50% of the total ticket revenue and the charity will keep the remaining balance.
The competition will end on 28 July 2022, or when the last ticket is sold, whichever comes sooner.
All legal costs and stamp duties will be paid, and the property will be mortgage free.
