One more person has died after being diagnosed with Covid-19 in the Republic of Ireland, the NPHET has said.

A further 17 people have also tested positive for the disease, taking the total number of cases in the State to 25,819.

There has been no increase in the number of coronavirus cases in Galway, according to the latest figures available.
